Creating art has been Galia Goodman’s passion for over thirty-five years. After doing everything normal during her childhood, adolescence and young adult life, she opted for the creative life and its many challenges and has never looked back. She began with very traditional Jewish papercuts and calligraphy in Hebrew and English and has expanded her repertoire to include acrylic and watercolor painting, collage and art made with found and recycled materials. This short video is a conversation with David Mayer, a young documentarian who visited her studio and asked about her art, philosophy and world view.
